NSPHA Seniors Apartment Assessment and Renovation
- Completed a structural assessment of deteriorated wood floor and roof framing in New Waterford, NS. Developed a 3-d structural model to complete analysis and reinforcing of wood trusses and replacement of floor framing.
- Provided mechanical and electrical assessment and design to include heat and ventilation in the crawlspace to prevent deterioration of wood framing in addition to design for the apartment space renovation.
- Structural building assessment and design of repairs, HVAC, plumbing and electrical design
- Completion in 2025.
